  1.  READ CAREFULLY! - Print this screen for a hard copy of these instructions. 
  2.  
  3.     STEP 1. Get a copy of your local zone chart from your local POST OFFICE 
  4.             (If you don't already have one!)
  5.     STEP 2. Pick 'DELETE DATABASE & START OVER' from the previous menu.
  6.     STEP 3. Pick 'ENTER ZONE CHART'.
  7.     STEP 4. Enter the information on the zone chart in order from lowest, 
  8.             to highest numbers. i.e. 004-005 ...... 2 
  9.                                      006-009 ...... 7 etc. 
  10.       You would enter 004 in the first field, 005 in the second field 
  11.       and 2 in the third field. (The numbers will probably be different on 
  12.                                   your zone chart) 
  13. IMPORTANT!: IF YOU SEE A STAND ALONE ZIP CODE PREFIX i.e 062 ......... 3, 
  14.             YOU MUST ENTER THAT NUMBER IN BOTH ZIP CODE PREFIX FIELDS! 
  15.                                 e.g. 062-062 ...... 3 
  16.  Go right down the list and when you are done, answer [N]o to the 'more' 
  17.  question. Zone Chart Entry will then be completed. 
  18.  When using the BROWSE function, you must hit [Enter] at the field that you 
  19.  want to edit prior to typing data. If you see some entries that you would 
  20.  like to delete, hit the [Delete] key at the appropiate record to tag it for 
  21.  deletion. The database will be packed after leaving the browse mode.
